[ssba]Santa Rosa, Calif. (August 25, 2015)—California-based i2i Systems, a pioneer and front-runner in integrated Population Health Management and Analytics solutions for more than 15 years, will host “Proactively Manage Missed Opportunities: From Gaps in Care to Triple Aim Success”, a webinar, on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 11a.m. PST.
The complimentary webinar will be presented by healthcare industry expert Matthew Mauldin, from Southeast Mississippi Rural Health Initiative (SeMRHI), and by Nancy Thompson, Director of Education at i2i Systems. Mauldin is the IT Manager for SeMRHI, which is made up of 17 clinics in 8 cities and provides services to 24 schools in 5 counties, including medical and dental care, women’s health, and much more.
“It is crucial to understand the all-inclusive approach needed for optimized patient care,” says Mauldin. “I’ve been a part of the healthcare industry for over a decade and, more than ever, technology is playing a big role in maximizing patient’s health and creating sustainable practice models where missed opportunities are the exception instead of the norm. In just 3 months from implementing i2iTracks, my organization uncovered a missed opportunity of care and revenue totaling over $100,000. I look forward to sharing how other organizations can achieve the same.”
Prior to SeMRHI, Mauldin was IT Manager for the Alabama Primary Health Care Association and also Capstone Rural Health Center. Matthew was selected as 2008 Rookie of the Year, 2010 Outstanding Service to Community Health Centers by the Alabama Primary Health Care Association, and also served as the Meaningful Use Project Manager for the Alabama Primary Health Care Association—attesting roughly 400 Providers across 121 CHCs.
“Hearing from the ‘healthcare trenches’ to understand the path to success taken by organizations like SeMRHI can serve as a meaningful shortcut for organizations to optimize their operations and successfully ramp up their population health management outcomes.” stated Nancy Thompson, Director of Education for i2i Systems. “By proactively managing their missed opportunities, organizations can identify patients, provide them a higher quality of care, and maximize revenue to achieve true Triple Aim success.”
