We had a terrific time in Nashville, Tennessee for i2i Population Health’s 2022 Client Conference.
The theme this year was “Making Memories, Breaking the Distance”. After three years apart, we were so excited to connect with you live and in-person.
Our Keynote was a collaborative presentation between the American Medical Association and i2i to introduce the AMA MAP BP™ program to our users.
