i2i Population Health, an early innovator and developer of population health management technology, will host Jeff Myers, president and CEO of Medicaid Health Plans of America at its annual user conference, to be held June 22 and 23 at Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville.
The User Conference, “Population Health and Harmony 2017,” will host more than 250 attendees from nearly all 50 states. The company will share the latest innovations in population health management including industry experts like Myers.
“Our User Conference format is driven by our clients and the voice of the market. This year’s conference will provide unlimited opportunities for attendees to acquire hands-on experience from peers, i2i consultants, and industry leaders,” says Justin Neece, President and Chief Operations Officer of i2i.
As a spokesperson and representative for many Medicaid Health Plans in Washington D.C., Myers’ address will focus on the proposed changes to the Affordable Care Act, the changing landscape of Medicaid and how Community Health Centers may be impacted. Myers will also provide insight into value-based care initiatives from the perspective of Medicaid Health Plans and why payer-provider collaboration is tantamount to success.
In addition to Myers as keynote speaker, the conference will also include sessions on data stewardship, developing custom analytics, and case studies outlining how health centers are leveraging population health technology to improve care quality and delivery to highly complex populations.
